2002 Dodge Grand Caravan front left parking light does not work when headlights are on but works when you turn the turn signal on. Bulb is fine also fuses

I think your parking light and turn signal use the same bulb with two filaments (if they are in the same socket/fixture). One filament is probably burned out. You'll need to replace the double-filament bulb.

I need to change a left side directional light the left side directional light is not working so it need to replace it is a dodge caravan 1996

To replace your turn signal - There are 3 screws on the front of the light assembly. Remove them and slide the light assembly out and you will see the turn signal socket is in the middle of the outer half of the headlight assembly. Twist the socket counter clockwise to take it out of the assembly. Pull the turn signal bulb straight out from the socket. Insert new bulb and reverse procedure to finish.

No turn signal, hazard lights, drl

The problem is most likely the turn signal switch located in the steering column, tough to replace without the proper experience and specialized tools. The air bag and steering wheel need to be removed to replace the switch.

Driver side signals only work when headlights are OFF

What may have happened is either the headlights wiring or the parking lights wiring somewhere along the wiring fused to the left turn signals wiring. Depending on if the turn signals go on when you put the parking lights on or the headlights on.

If the signals come on when you turn on the headlights than you only need to locate the light green wire that comes off the left turn signal harness.

Next follow that wire the entire way back to the firewall looking for another wire fused to that wire as you go.

If there are no signs of this you need to continue looking on the other side of the firewall all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit which is a black box that connects to a black harness located next to a grey harness behind the knee bolster.

But if the signals come on when you turn on the parking lights than you will also need to check the wiring from the rear left signal and follow that light green wire all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

This should fix your problem, but if not than your problem may lay within the the wiring between the turn signal/hazard switches and the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

Also you may have a burnt circuit in the junction block. This block is where the light green from the rear left signal and front left signal meet. Don't have a description but if you cannot find it let me know and I will go out to the yard and look myself and let you know.

1993 Dodge Shadow...left turn signal won't flash

If the fuses are good and the front and rear bulbs are good, change the flasher for the turn signals, even tho the right is working. If that doesn't fix the problem, it might be in the turn sgnal switch on the steering column.
If both bulbs are good for the backup lights and fuses are good, then the backup light switch, which is screwed into the side of the transmission has to bad.
