Check fuel pressure wit a guage at schrader valve on fuel rail with key on and engine not running. The pressure needs to be 55 to 61 PSI. If it is less than 55 PSI, replace the fuel pump in gas tank and fuel filter. If it is more than 61 PSI, replace fuel pressure regulator.

Some Chrysler ,Jeep and Dodge vehicles have ttye pressure sensors calibrated to the vevicle,so therefore if you change the
tyres to a different type you will need to take your vehicle to a C.J.D.
service department to have the computer of your car re-programmed to accept the new tyres

Hi I know you said you have replaced the air sensor but this does sound like an air fault. try spraying the air sensor with carb cleaner leave to dry then replace, also I would normally say check all your air pipes as it sounds like it is getting to much air but again you have done this. ensure all the air pipes are not ripped or toen on the underside of them I often find these fault are through to much air.
The other thing is could be is the EGR valve, what engine size is the car?
Regards
Dan
check your Throttle Positioning sensor that should fix your rough idle the TPS controls the breather on the front of the engine its affixed to the right hand side of the throttle body just infront of the spyder on the V6 Vortec 4.3L Models
