Hi, Sounds like you need a radiator flush. If the radiator is plugged up it can not cool the engine properly. Have it cleaned out and it should work fine. Good luck.
just took 1 out of 92 grand caravan...unplug fan and remove the fan shroud from radiator ..then remove upper and lower hoses and cooling shroud for ac and remove top plate above radiator and pull radiator straight up and out. replace opposite way.
There is an air box with 2 hoses one going to the intake and one underneath going to another airbox, loosen the clamps and pop off the hose to the lower airbox and remove the 2 10mm bolts holding the top one to the radiator support. There are 2 clips holding the lower box lid in place pop them open rotate the lid toward the rad and remove the old filter and replace it with the new one. The assembly is reversing the order to take it apart I had trouble with this the first time I did it also.
