Need to go back and trouble shoot your steering colum work.....check your igintion switch , check all fuses, do you have accesories? radio,, blinkers? check relays and fuses under the hood as well. Hope this helps! Good Luck
check the cigerette lighter or power socket fuse. then check them all because some fuses feed other fuse and are not labeled as such. there under the hood and there is one that may have a plastic cage around it its the one that the dealer personel are supposed to push down when taking delivery of vehichle it turns all that stuff of so battery wont go dead in the stock yards, it may have popped from the cig lighter or power port
First check the relay under the hood. Drivers side fuse box. Cover has a map of where fuses & relays are for you model. If relay good & getting power . Pump bad. When you turn the key to acc. you should here the pump turn on. Check relay first.
Check the fuse box under the hood. It should be located on the drivers side. Open it up and check around for the radio fuse. Most likely labeled as "ACC" which is short for accessorie. It should be a 15 AMP fuse. Last winter my radio blew out as well and I check the fuse box and replaced the fuse and now it works fine. The fuse was burnt beyond believe though. If you havent already fixed the problem I hope this helps.
Here is a post I found that worked for my 2005 caravan.
For a
2001 Dodge Caravan: The owner's manual is vague, only stating that all
fuses are under the hood in the fuse box, no diagrams. Once you have
removed the fusebox cover, the diagrams for what each fuse does is
provided under the lid. UNCLEARLY marked is the radio fuse, a 20amp
fuse located 2nd row from top to the right of the accessory relay. It
is marked: RDO/IP IGN.
