THAT YEAR TOYOTA USED A TIRRILL IC THE INTEGRATED CIRCUIT ITS THE INTERNAL REGULATOR MOUNTED ON THE INSIDE OF ALTERNATOR. AND THE TIRRILL EXTERNAL REGULATOR.ITS MOUNTED ON THE FIREWALL OR FENDER WELL.IF YOU DONT SEE ONE YOU PROBABLY GOT A INTERNAL REGULATOR.IF YOU HAVE EXTERNAL REGULATOR ONE WAY TO TRACE IT IS TRACE ALL WIRES LEADING TO ALTERNATOR.YOU WILL SEE WIRES LEADING TO A LITTLE SQUARE BOX WITH COVER.

Where is window wiper reserve found on a Toyota hi ace van f

It is on the passengers side where the foot rest is ,on the side panel .Exactly under the dashboard.(RH/Side steering.) I believe if your vehicle is LH/Side steering Probably by the driver's foot rest side panel.

Have the Idle Air Control circuit check and the power steering pressure switch may be bad not sending an idle up command to the ECM .

Please tell me where to find the fuse boxes on a 1990 Toyota Hi Ace commuter van.

If they are not in the engine bay near the wheel arches then they must be inside the vehicle...usually found near passenger under glove box or footwell but sometimes on drivers side under dash.
