Carry out following work: Removing: - Undo and remove bolts -4- at top from radiator grille -1-. - Lever out spreader rivets -3- (Qty: 4) from below using a screwdriver. - Push thickness gauge -6- with the thickest feeler (1 mm) into space between radiator grille trim -2- and clip -5-. Note
This releases the latch -arrow-. - Using the front end hook -3370--7-, pull the radiator grille trim -2- out of the clip -5-"carefully" in -direction of arrow-. Fit on the right-hand side. - With help of a second mechanic, pull radiator grille trim -2- parallel out of the clips -5-. Caution
Radiator grille trim -2- is seated very tightly in the clips -5-.


- Remove bolts -2- on left and right. - Remove radiator grille -1- upwards.

Not a difficult process. start by draining your radiator from the drain plug on the bottom, passenger side of the radiator. Disconnect upper and lower hoses and drain as well.

You will need to remove the fan shroud. The trick is to remove the 4 bolts holding the clutched fan and remove the shrowed WITH the fan at the same time. This will save you from playing with the belts. From there, there is only a handfull of bolts and they are all easily accessible.

You should be able to get to the bulbs by reaching in from the engine compartment side and twisting the headlamp sockets to the left. If you need more room to work and want to remove the healamp housing assembly, you can remove the 2 long bolts that go down through the radiator support and pull the headlamp assembly forward. It is not necessary to remove the grille.

radiators are a pain mostly time consumeing take off the fan shroud and water pump fan that should give you enough room good luck
