Its coming from the evaporator drain, its either plugged, or the drain is leaking back to the firewall. ck it its flowing water to the ground, if not, take a small stiff wire and run it up the drain tube, it it was plugged a LOT of water will come out. it its clear and draining, sometimes water will come out and then follow the bottom of the tube back into the van and down on the floor. a small piece of heater hose can be slipped over the tube to extend it a few inches, this will prevent that.
It may be coming from the top corner of the windshield a few days ago i was my 300m and i notice a trace of water on the floor hmmmm looking more I notice it was a bit of melting snow, the water was coming in under the weather strip from the deep corner of the windshield.

is it only when the ac is on? there is a pan under the ac unit that has a hole in it to allow the condensation to empty. if that hole gets plugged it could cause the condensation to build up and back into the inside of that car. i unplugged mine and floor stayed dry
Look underneath behind the passenger side front wheel. You might need to remove the plastic mud guard. It would be easier to see if you jacked it up and put it on jack stands.
Check under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side. Tube comes off the bottom of the evaporator housing (this is the box where the a/c lines enter the firewall). Usually a rubber tube that directs condensation from the evaporator housing to the outside. This tube often plugs with dirt.
I had the same problem we found that the rubber gasket by the fresh air filter below the front windshield had come loose replaced the rubber gasket no more trouble we had trouble with the front seat floor being wet also passenger side only
