Fuse box diagram (location and assignment of electrical fuses and relays) for Chrysler Town & Country (Voyager) (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007).
If you can work back on the wires to see if you are getting power anywhere along the harness. It could just be the clip. In which case you can most likely get a replacement for cheap at the dealership.
Chrysler vehicles are notorious for the blower motor resistor going out. If your Town & Country has automatic climate control use a SMP RU399, else use an SMP RU362 for the front resistor and a SMP RU490 for the rear. They are generally located on top of the blower motor/wheel assemblies.
You need to specify if the car has Auto Temp Control or Manual......this is Manual. .Power is great, but its not going to work unless it also has ground. The black wire at the motor is ground, then it goes to the blower speed resistor, If you ground the Black wire, and the blower runs, the motor is OK, If you ground the Dark Blue /Gray wire it should work full speed. If it does not, then replace the resistor. The a/c controller grounds the Resistor. so if you ground the DB/GR wire and it works, then the controller may be bad. These guys should have access to a wiring diagram.
There is a relay located in the under hood fuse box , front blower motor relay .Plus a fuse ,fuse #42 40 amp. The relay is controlled by the integrated power module . There are two type systems ,one has a resistor block an the other uses front blower power module . (computer) Check out the wiring diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine size. Under system click on HVAC ,then under subsystem click on HVAC controls . Click the search button then the blue links. I think the difference is a manual or automatic system . Which does your's have ? Blower Motor Runs all the Time
yes, all blower motors have them to control their speed, High, medium, low.. etc. I earn nothing by helping you, but my rating, a fixya rating and I will walk you through this
