First thing to check is the headlight relay under the hood. the easiest way to check is to swap it with a non-essential relay of the same type, like the horn or a/c. if the headlights still don't work check for proper power and ground in the relay socket.

1984 Chevy Suburban tail lights not working

Check the tail light bulbs, check to make sure the dash lighting switch is turned up but not turned so far up that the interior lights come on when the door is closed.

1997 chevy 3500 truck all lights work besides the hazard lights. I replaced all fuses and head light switch and also turn signal switch. I have also checked all wires under dash.

Try replacing the flasher.I can't remember if a 97 has a separate hazard flasher or a multifunction type.(my 99 Chevy work truck has a multifunction type-a little black box resembling a relay in the under-dash fuse panel).

1999 2500 chevy suburban parking lights, dash and taillights will not turn on but headlights and turn signals still work.. I have checked fuses and found nothing wrong??? could it be the head lamp...

The tail lights run through the headlight switch, they also run through the combination switch(turn signals) that is a known issue for those trucks try messing with the hazard light switch and see if the start functioning, also if you have a tow package the lights have seconday fuses and relay in the electrical box under the hood
