Took my 2008 silverado to have it detailed, when I got it back all seats and carpeting were soaking wet, when i got it home to park it in the heated building to dry noticed the door locks didn't work and...

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you are experiencing with your Silverado Jeanette. It sounds like the detailer may have gotten liquid inside the driver's door panel/armrest. Since you say the door locks still work with the fob and all the fuses checked good then I can only assume water intrusion in these switches is the problem. Water could also cause the speaker to short out and become non-functional. This year model truck is notorious for door lock actuator, power mirror, and speaker failure. I've had to replace all on my 2008 Silverado along with the mirror switch. There are several good videos posted on YouTube on how to troubleshoot these problems which may be helpful if you are a DIY kind of person. Otherwise you'll have to take it to a trustworthy mechanic to do the troubleshooting and repairs for you. Hopefully you know someone who is good at this sort of thing because the dealerships will charge you a small fortune to repair them. Have you contacted the detailer to see what he may do to help with the cost? It couldn't hurt!

My 2006 lincoln navigator windows, mirror or door locks won't work

I would guess the problem would be located with the drivers door harness. All of these items are controlled from the same place, remove door panel and check harness connectors for tightness and water damage.

Power locks, mirrors and window problems

This is a typical GM problem, most likely are broken wires on the driver's side door. Every time the door is opened and closed, the wires running from the door to the car body flex. Over time these wires break and cause loss of use for power options like you have. It could just be coincidental that they broke in a rain.
There could be other electrical problems such as relays that have become wet and failed or a wide variety of other solutions. Electrical problems never have only one answer

First off, I'd like to say thank God for a site like this, and thank you for helping me "office drone1". And here is my last question for now. Today, I put on my 94' Grand Prix, the Passenger side power...

Since the locks stopped working as well, my guess is a fuse is blown. The first thing you should always do when accessories or lights or electrical things stop working is check all of your fuses (sometimes you'll have them in the engine bay as well as under the dash). I can't tell you how many times I've spent hours trying to track down an electrical problem only to discover that work I was previously doing had made a fuse blow.

It may also be a bad relay but I'd start with the fuses first.
