2008 Chevy Trailblazer LT.... I got a diagnostic code P1174 ! What is this and how can it be fixed??

i have an 2007 chevy uplander flexfuel i keep getting p1174 also i have replaced the the o2 sensors and the light keeps coming on
i belive it has something to do with the fuel injection system
