Everytime i put the car in drive or reverse it cuts off

When the car is in park it runs fine only when i put the car in drive or reverse it cuts off why

Have your transmissiopn check they are known for the torque converter solonoid failing and cause that type of problem.

Disconnect the solenoid located down in front on the drivers side the transmission lines that come from the radiator are near that connection on the training and make sure theres proper traing fluid on the dip stick note check with engine running and warm. I did this with my 91 cosica 2.2L 4 cylinder and i`m driving it know.

If it were drive and reverse, I would say maybe the torque converter.
But just reverse, probably something inside the transmission.

Car in park turn key starter engages engine starts and you can hear the Bendix still spinning in the ring gear put car into drive and then they stop spending
Does the starter engage again when you go back to park ?
Shifting from park to drive would cut the circuit from the key switch to the starter. The neutral safety switch prevents you from cranking the engine in drive or reverse.
I would say the key switch is not turning off power to the starter when you go from start to run.

Got a 91 integra auto.. Runs fine but stalls after coming from reverse and the going to drive like in the act of parking. Any help is much appreciated.
This is pretty old this vehicle runs OK in gereral .
I would take a look at the switch an the side of the transmission park /netural / reverse .
It could just be a cable adjustment or the switch is intermintent a connection issue or the switch is old and kind of works sometimes it dose move everytime you shift the vehicle .
I would get at least a basic wirenig diagram and do some tests on the switch and connections to it .
Also look for ANY and I mean any other electrical issues they be related

Everytime it rains, when i put the car in drive or reverse the radio cuts off and windshield wipers stop working. When its in park or neutral, they both work fine. What is the problem?
Ours was doing the same thing. The windshield had been replaced by the previous owner and was not sealed well. We had the windshield replaced correctly and that took care of the problem. The water was leaking down into the fuse box and creating havoc.

When I try to shift from park to drive it gets tight at reverse as if doesn't want go but once out of reverse it shift normally until shifting back to park when I have to go threw reverse then it tightens...
Is it only when you go from park to reverse? Or is it just as bad going from neutral to reverse? I've noticed on mine that it's often tight if I park on even a slight slope. If it only happens when going from park to reverse, try this. Hold your foot on the brake, and put the car in drive. Keeping constant pressure on the brake, go back to park, then back into drive. Did you feel the stiffness when you had your foot on the brake?

Everytime I put my car i park it goes into reverse.
It sounds like you have a damaged shifter cable.It is an adjustable cable but if it is that far out of adjustment then it is probably damaged. Replace it.
