My 2000 Eddie Bauer Edition Ford Expedition has a miss. I took it to my mechanic who ran a diagnostic and found nothing wrong. It starts missing only after the engine has warmed up and it is worse when my overdrive is on or when my AC is on. It misses while sitting in park or stopped and while I am driving. Any thoughts?
Have you checked the spark plug wires?
They tend to cause this when conditions are right (or wrong), especially when heated up or cold and damp. If your mechanic checked it only when warm, not hot they might have overlooked the matter.

First, it's an Eddie Bauer Edition (says so right on your truck).
Second, if you call ANY auto parts store, they will look it up for you, and probably even sell you one! (If they couldn't find it before, maybe it's because you misspelled Bauer!) ;)
They are round "cans" with wires attached. You should have SSA, SSB, SSC, Torque converter and Pressure Control solenoids. They control pressures and have no mechanical linkage.
the heater bypass is quite simple, if you look at the firewall you will see two medium sized coolant lines, remove them from the firewall and link them together using a proper sized tube, you can purchase a kit at a parts store quite cheaply
