Try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes. If the radio does not come back after this "cold boot" it has failed internally. Go buy a pioneer with Bluetooth for 1/4 of the radio replacement cost.

Not all Chrysler products have uconnect; it may show the button on the radio, but if the uconnect system isn't installed you get the error you're getting; My Dodge Nitro is the same. You can buy the uconnect from the dealer or off of eBay (they run about $300, plus it has to be installed) Details about Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Hands Free Uconnect Kit OEM MOPAR
There is no way to reset a radio in this condition. Take it to the dealer. There is a flash update that can be attempted but more than likely you need a new radio. I'm guessing you have a RA3 or RA4 radio. There is a known issue with 2013 MY radios.
Select Bluetooth on both devices. Seams the uconnect is being canceled out by your Bluetooth. Or use uconnect as opposed to Bluetooth. Maybe seek further advice, I am not the expert on this one :<
My 2010 Dodge Ram appears to have uconnect. However, I can not get my phone connected. When I try it says not equipped with uconnect phone. Is this a fake display? Or do I have to have a certain phone hook up?
