The thermostat is located where the lower radiator hose goes into the engine. I've had to replace mine, and it took a while to find it. I found the easiest way to get at it is to remove the power steering pump (hoses attached) and set it over to the side to get at the bolts on the thermostat housing.

Not sure about the 95, but to remove it on my 94 i just pulled on once corner till the fastener poped out, then worked slowly around removing each fastener. Be careful as the the door pannel is quite flimsy but if the 95 is the same as the 94 it should be fairly easy to remove.

did u recently buy it used-mite of been already done--how r the other components enginewise-its an old car n theyll be more things--but if u luv it then get a haynes repair manual at the zone

ok on a 2.4l on the black/green and white wires use ohm meter and there is no specific spec for that engine just make sure the the resistance changes and there is no dead spots. for the 3.0l black and white wires specs are 1.0-9.0k ohms im guessing the specs are the same either engine. close to full open

then that reduces the possibilities to: bad coil ignition module malfunction distributor failure distributor cap and rotor
Car not starting
or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with
battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter
issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
