My nissan np200 starts but there is no spark from no 2&4 supply from the coil pack and to the spark plugs what can i do to have it fix

on those cyl. 1 and 4 are tied together and 2 and 3 are tied together if cyl 1 and 4 are not firing you most likely have a electrical issue in the ignition wiring to coils for 1 and 4 start there and good luck

for a fact 22 years made the spark systems are NO THE SAME
not old how may coil (HV) packs there are
1 pack (distributor ) year 2000?
2 packs, called wasted spark and 2 or 4 HV spark wires
4in1 pack bricks. one giant pack with 2 coils inside wasted spark.
4 packs called COPS, coil over plugs (sparks)
there you go 22 years of evolution of spark (and more powerful)_
my guess it is 2pack car, (or 4 pack brick)
in both cases, 2 /4 , the young kids working or boomers will not know what wasted spark does. and wired it all up backward
1>4 3>2 (ecu firing order is 1,3,4,2 for ever fixed)

example 1 fires real ,and 4 fires wasted. wasted means wasted fining on the exhaust stroke. ( and saves owning 2 extra coils)
the magic of just 2 coils wired in series.
but if 1 HV wire is open 2 sparks die, OOPS?

what matters most of all is moving the HV spark wires 1 by 1
never just throwing the wires there. guessing.
HV means the 20,000 volt high voltage wire set.

Some are , even year 2000, had s fire wall igniter block that drives all coil packs and sure that can fail too.
later years the ignitor was moved to the COIL packs.(cops)
and last last, ECU bad to spark coil inputs.

no engine told
no country told
a hard row to hoe, or a tough nut to crack.

The spark plugs that are not sparking will be the most likely reason for the loss of power. You will need to find out why they are not sparking.
Start from the spark plugs. Check the condition and age of the spark plugs. If in doubt replace them all. Do the same for the plug leads attached to the plugs. Next you will have to check the igniton coils. On you vehicle i think the plug leads and ignition coils are all one piece. Get a good mechanic or an auto electrician to test the coils to make sure they are working correctly..

Are you talking about two different cars with the same problem ?

if you are sure it isnt a spark problem

check out the fuel pump/ fuel pump relay or fuel filter

The problem could be in the spark plugs. Usually if just one of the spark plugs is not producing the spark needed, the engine would still start. It may run rough, but will still start. If none of the spark plugs are producing a spark (or firing) then this could be the culprit.The spark plugs gets power to spark from coil packs.So check the coil pack first.If the coil pack checked ok then its faulty spark plugs causing this problem.Also remove the spark plug connection and clean it and reconnect it and recheck.In some cases this helps. ---------------That's it.

This car has seporate coil packs for each cylinder, have you tried swapping the front bad one with a good one to see if they switch ?
The engine you just put in may have come with some blown coils.
