I have a 91 camaro 3.1 V6 has spark fuel and power to the injector but wont start just wondering what it could be

your injectors get their 12v from the asd relay and the computer controls their - side. the asd relay also powers the coil, so if you have spark but no juice to the injectors then you are looking for a broken wire to the injector rail. all of the injectors get their juice from that one source.

Are you getting power to the injectors and a ground signal from the computer ?

The 5.0 tuned port engine has two sets of injectors - all injectors are powered by the pink-black wires from two 10amp injector fuses. They get ground signals on the green and blue wires from the computer.
You can use a low voltage test light to check for injector pulse.

ask a local mechanic to have a look ,you may have left a power supply cable off from the positive terminal ,as for the non start then check for a spark and if a spark then check the fuel pressure it should be 55lbs on the injector rail is a tyre valve looking connection check the fuel pressure here

simple the computer signals the injecters with negetive voltage approx.3 volts

Using a multimeter check the wiring for power at the pump and at the relay. It sounds like a bad relay.

check cranck and cam sensors

Fuel pressure? Do you hear the fuel pump running? Read the codes to see if ECM is still alive. Do you have spark at the plugs? Remember all motors need 3 things to run air, fuel, and fire at the right time.

are the injectors working check with a noid light if not check power supply.

Try your ingition control mod, located on distributor. Had problem with my 89 and replaced that and fires up everytime now.
