Where on the radiator is the other temp sensor for 2000 dodge caravan sport 3.3L I've already located the coolant temp sensor by the water outlet

There is only ONE coolant temp sensor. It wouldn't make any sense to have two. I have had 6 of these vans with the 3.3 and 3.8 engines. Don't know what you're looking for but these vans only have 1 temp sensor.

Engine temp go high and low dont bolw heat through heater

Check your coolant level. If it is low add 50/50 coolant and check your radiator , and hoses going to and from the radiator for leaks. If the coolant is fine then your thermostat/sensor is bad.

Blower works but no heat. wha to do

I would check/replace your thermostat .....It closes to heat up the water, opens to cool it off.....yours must be staying open. Or it could be your Temp Senser (engine block)
