The correct rubber will be available from any jayco caravan dealer and you may get the same section rubber from a rubber retailer such as clark rubber

the barrel will be available at any locksmiths and they will do the job in probably five minutes. take it to a jayco service centre or any caravan repair shop as the keys and barrels are common.

sounds like a low freon charge look for leaks in the right rear corner where the lines go threw the floor to the rear unit

The A/C and other accessories are run by a "serpentine" belt that is not adjustable. It may be stretched or worn out and needs replacing. I try to use "gatorback" belts when they are available as they seem to grip the best and last the longest.

mcdevito75 Here, the air conditioning control will be on the heater control on the dash board. Look on your dash board for the heater control, usually close to the radio, on the heater control it may have A/C and A/C Max. if it does you have air conditioning if not than you don"t. a 99" Caravan should have A/C though. Also check under the hood if you see Silver metal lines comeing out of the firewall, not rubber, metal than you have A/c. Also look at the radiator if it looks like another radiator in front of the engine radiator with Silver metal lines comming out of it, you have A/C.

check the cooling fan relay located (hidden, hidden, hidden) under the air filter assambly mounted with 2 screws on the chasis of the car.
