If you are getting a lean code, shouldn't you be looking for a vacuum leak?the lean code you are getting is a symptom,and not the cause if the O2 sensor is working properly-use some throttle body cleaner and spray around hoses, intake gaskets, EGR, etc., you probably have a leak somewhere.

First check for external leaks. Did you change the air filter?. Then check the oxygen censer should be around.5 volts, check if the brakes are binding. check the valve timing it may have jumped a tooth. check the ignition timing and make sure the computer advances the timing as the engine speeds up.
