I drive a 1991 honda accord and my blinkers went out i have looked at the main connection behind the steering wheel, and replaced the fuze by the floorboards.

I am missing wheel well F.R. so i also looked at the wires there.

sounds like a wheel bearing has failed or the trackrod, jack up car and feel for play by wobbling each wheel left to right and up and down, if you can look over the wheel you could see play somewhere unless it's the main wheel bearing

The Fuel pump relay is part of the EFI main relay and can not be replaced separately. The EFI main relay is located behind the dash, left of the steering wheel.

Need to replace the main relay on my 1991 honda accord 4cly.

the main relay is located under dash(behind knee bolster) just left of steering column. it should be gray in color with one screw on the bracket. this relay is replaced often for quitting and no-start conditions. other problem for the same symptom is faulty distributor
