Check your power steering fluid to see if it is low. Also look to see if it looks like the belt is slipping. You may have a power steering pump that is failing.

I'm bleeding the system after replacing the power steering pump, I already jacked the front end up and checked resivoir levels, and went end to end on the steering wheel, then lowered the car checked...

you are supposed to replace it with only Pentosin CHF-11 hydraulic fluid or something equivalent. And also maybe your used pump is bad, or you have air trapped. To bleed it turn lock to lock many times and hold it at lock for few seconds.Check this video out. Volvo S60 Power Steering Drain and Fill

I just drove my enclave this morning, but went out to start it and the key won't turn. I tried the spare key and this won't turn either. I tried moving the steering wheel, but it will not move at all. ...

I would call a local dealer with the VIN in hand and find out whether it is under warranty, 5yr/50k miles is typical. If not I would talk to the service manager and find out if this is a common Buick problem and if so how much to fix. This involves the lock cylinder and steering column, and is outside the normal repair shop's venue.

Car won't start, message says steering lock on

Try to turn the key to II-position. Then lock and unlock the doors with the remote. This will 'reprogramme' the key. Sometimes the immmobilizer chip will give the steering lock -code.

Hope this helps.

Key will not turn to start vehicle.

Try pushing in the key while turning the wheel either way. And jiggling it. This happens because the steering locks for the car's protection. If we park it with the wheels turned, it locks in that position. If that does not work, you may have to call a good mechanic to help you.

Drove 1 block next street I park for 5 minutes get back in car t it will not turn ignitian to start stays in lock.

Jiggle the shifter a bit and turn your steering wheel back & forth. The ignition might be warning out and the lock pin is sticking, there's a cable that's connected to your shifter (if it's automatic) that locks your ignition from turning, also locks your steering column.
