SOURCE: oil leak on main seal

Well those are hard to do it by yourself so I suggest you go to your auto repair shop and have them do it. Of course you can go to different shops so you can see the difference in pricing if any.

clear all pieces you have to get to the crankshaft pulley off. (the big pulley ) you may need to rent crankshaft pulley puller tools (at autozone or advanceautoparts) and get you money back when you are done. its easy be pacient.

SOURCE: 1995 toyota camry leaking oil from behind the

either the cam seals are leaking or the valve cover gasket is leaking into the timing cover. maybe even head gasket... but in most of the cases like oil leaking from behind the timing cover the camshaft seal is the faulty .and replacing the camshaft solves the problem. no its not a costly part to be replaced. you can get it from a local car repair tech or from www.autozone.com service center.they also deal in parts. This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya

If you haven't had the timing belt replace (60,000 miles is the suggested service intervale) this is an overlap of having the timing belt replaced.
If the timing belt is not due for replacement and its the cam shaft seal that is leaking. Its a pretty easy fix. Remove the top timing belt cover , and the crankshaft sensor wiring you may have to remove the front engine mount . Set #1 piston at TDC, Loosen tensioner w/ spring slip off belt. **Remove sprocket pull out old seal with a sharp pick. Greese and install new seal make sure its flush with its bore . Reistall sprocket. Slide belt over Cam sprocket tighten tensioner. Install cover and mount (if applicable) Check timing marks by turning crank two revolutions.
** If CamSprocket Bolt is difficult to remove then remove valve cover and use a 21mm wrench to hold the Camshaft while you crack off Cam Sprocket Bolt.
You will see the groves on the Camshaft where you can place a wrench to hold the shaft.
After you replaced the seal replace the valve cover gasket ONLY IF YOU HAD TO REMOVE THE COVER TO HOLD THE CAM WHILE REMOVING ITS BOLT.

This is about as major as it gets.

I have a Nissan navara the a/c has stop working

The most common cause of this is that the AC system has a leak and has lost its charge of refrigerant. You will need to have a vacuum pump attached and pull a vacuum on the system and see if it leaks down, if it does you have a leak, common areas of AC leaks are the AC compressor front seal (install rebuilt) condenser leaks and leaks at the AC line seals.

Why ac blowing hot air

start off with the cheap possibilities and make your way threw.
I'd start off with replacing Air Charge temperature sensor, make sure your AC Hose isnt leaking anywhere, if those dont solve it then replace ur AC clutch, last chance would be replacing AC compressor. sometimes the compressor will malfunction randomly. or the AC clutch might malfunction aswell. covering these steps somewhere along the line you will have working AC again! good luck

1987 cxr si ac not cooling

The most common cause of your lack of cooling is no or low refrigerant charge in the system, in most cases this is due to the front shaft seal of the AC compressor on the engine leaking, if it is leaking you will see oil deposited around the front of the compressor behind the drive pulley magnetic clutch. Of course there are other places that leak and other problems that cause lack of cooling, but check for a lost charge due to leakage first.

Took my 99 gmc sierra to get the ac check and was told it has a leak from the compressor will sealeant seal compressor if it not a big leak

No. The rubber seal on the front of the compressor leaks on those. The sealant is more for a evap core, or a condensor leak.
