If you google Ford OBD1 you can get the plug configuration and also the list of trouble codes. On some models the plug is on the firewall in the engine compartment. Some Escort models are Ford based and some are Mazda based. Anything from 1996 back requires a scanner to retrieve the codes.
In 1996 everybody switched over to OBD2 which is under the dash near the steering column and those require a scanner also.

Where do my OBD1 connections run in a 1995 chevy 1500?

You might be better off to go to a junkyard and take the connector and about 10 or 12 inches of the wiring with it.

How to get code without obd1

A 1995 model Buick should be OBD2 which would require a scanner or code reader. If it is an OBD1 system you can jumper two terminals on the test plug to make the warning light flash.

The 1999-2000 Model Honda Civic uses an OBD2B connector for the ecu. I am changing my ecu to a programmable OBD1 PO6 or P28 ecu. Therefore i would need a jumper harness from OBD2B to OBD1. I already have...

The reason you can't find the connector you want = it's illegal to replace the OBD2 PCM with a OBD1 controller for any vehicle registered for the street. This is a felony on the Federal level and also several States. If you are only using the car for the track, it's ok. You may try a raceing supplier like Summit, etc. to find one.

Where is the OBD plug?

On the1995 Jeep Cherokee, the OBD1 connector is located in the engine compartment on the left side, between the air cleaner and the computer module. It's a funny looking plug, not the standard OBD connector.
