So what happens when you tow a vehicle, the fuel delivery remains the same, (assuming the fuel system is set up correctly and is fully funtional.)
The spark is present ?
I would go back to basics. For a start , has it been scanned with an OBD reader to diagnose the issue?
You have changed the cps and no joy. You have changed the throttle body, is the throttle body. Are the throttle position and the pedal position sensors located on it? If not, are they functioning ?
If the vehicle only starts intermittently when being towed you must have an intermittent fault with another component.

I would1 carry out a compression check
2have the OBDsystem scanned
3Check fuel delivery, fuel pressure from the pump is typically about 40psi

check that you have spark when hot and cold, check the resistance values in the ignition system. ensure you have a good spark.
(might be an ignition issue, i.e. an electrical problem.5
Ensure that enough air is getting into the system, i.e. clean filter.

once you have established thet you have checked the trouble should be revealed, there is nothing else it can be really if all the above prove ok .....apart from a faulty ECU perhaps.

Incidentally, don't know if you have this where you live, but a TERRA CLEAN will do it a world ofgood .

GOOD LUCK

94 trooper startsbut stalls immediatly-changed throttle position sensor, map sensor, and idle air control valve but problem continues

I can't remember exactly, but if there is an airflow meter, check the air intake hose for cracks or looseness. If there is any openings between the throttle body and the airflow meter, the computer will not see the air entering the engine so it will stall right after it starts.

HI I hava a '91 Primera 1.6 throttle body

Try looking at your IAC (idle air control valve) (should be attached to your throttle body), also look at your vaccume hoses and attachments for dry rot, cracks, leaks, look at oxygen sensors (unplug and check if sending power when engine is running (most of the time between 6-12 volts is good, fluctuation in signal is normal) check your MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor) to see if the grid inside is dirty, or if the wiring harness is corroded, cracked, pinched, or anything that is prohibiting sending power back to your main computer. there is more in depth things you can check but these are the basics for your type of problem, keep me updated and good luck.

Hope this helps!

95 saturn won't start when hot

Blair, I would take a look at he TPS (throttle position sensor) located on the throttle body. In other words, it sounds as thought sensor when heated is changing its value to "open" or "shorted".
If the car starts OK when cold, use a hair dryer to heat the TPS when the engine is cold to see if you can duplicate the problem.
Also is the a service engine light on? Codes?
If you have a "digital volt/ohm meter" available you can read the variable resistance of the sensor when the problem occurrs to determine if the sensor is defective.
