remove phillips scew and the door handle. remove padded arm rest on the door by lifting it up, and remove 2 screws. You can use a panel tool to remove the plastic toggle like pins holding the panel border in. Be as gentle as possible they may break due to becoming brittle.

Ihave a 92 Toyota Corolla 4 door I'm putting the spark plug wires on which came already on new cap I am looking to figure out why not starting fuel rail getting fuel batteries charged turning over

Could be a problem with your ignition system. So you would not be getting spark at the spark plugs. How-to videos everywhere on how to test for spark. If you have no spark at any of the cylinders, then suspect the "ignitor". This little module is what controls the ignition coil on the car, giving you a spark to a spark plug at the right time. Could be something else, too, like the coil, but you could have the ignitor tested for free at any parts store. (On American cars, this module is known as the Ignition Control Module, or ICM.)

No spark to plugs - toyota 1995 corolla

If there is no spark at all, the problem likely lies in primary circuit of the ignition system. Check the following:-
- Battery health.
- Ignition fuse located in under the dash, finish panel on driver's side.
- Ignition distributor assembly. (Ignition module, ignition coil)
- Ignition switch assembly.
- Security system, if any.

Where is the ignition modulator located in a 1984 toyota truck

Ignition "modulator"??? I assume you mean "ignition module" or "Ignition control module". If this is what you mean, it is mounted on the ignition coil assembly. Toyota refers to this part as "transistorized ignitor".

Code 14: ignition signal. No ignition signal to the ECM. Check igniter or circuit, ignition coil, ig. switch or circuit, ECM (engine control module or "computer")

Code 24: intake air temperature sensor. Open or short in the intake air temperature sensor circuit. Check intake air temp. sensor or wiring to ECM.

No spark

More than likely the "igniter" located inside the distributor is bad. It's a pricey part and often the best deal is to find a replacement distributor at your local parts supplier that will contain all-new parts, including the ignition module.
