SOURCE: vl break down under load

Yes, you have symptoms of ignition break down. primarily plug wires. Double check plug gap & wire gauge (7mm 8mm). Ok, Bosch air meter has two adjustments, using a very long allen wrench (thinking 5mm) insert throu removed plug forward of air boot top of housing. with engine running turn 1/4 counter clockwise, may try several adjust until performance has improved. This IS NOT a fix only a personal diaagnosis temp. this should improve engine performance. The proper fix is lenthy. If improvement is noted then let us know and we will help the permanet fix. Rick

SOURCE: lose of power on acceleration like its starving

Sounds like there is a load of dirty fuel in that gas tank. Ran good for a while after changing fuel filter, then began to run poorly again. Remove fuel tank, drain and clean out, replace fuel filter AGAIN. That should cure it. Hope this helps

Have you checked the primary gauze filter that is part of the fuel pump located in the fuel tank. You may have got a batch of dirty fuel that has clogged this filter which would cause fuel starvation when demand increases.

1993 Honda Accord 5speed,once the full load is on it starts to bog down.I can go through all 4 gears & it'll drive fine but when I get to the 5 gear it will act like it is starving for gas.

that is a strange one , if you keep going in forth for a while longer does it do the same thing ? i would try that as it may be a speed thing , i would check that the air intake system and vacuum system are in good condition no wear or holes and the air intake pipe hasn't collapsed , to check the pipe rigidity rev engine whilst looking under hood to see if the pipe is stable ,it could also be a timing problem so thats another thing worth checking , the coil could be breaking down under load , distributer and leads are another thing to check thoroughly and condition of plugs also hope this is of help , you may get an answer from some one who has experienced that actual problem , but in the mean time i would check the things i've high lighted , keep me posted if you wish

Over heating problem and problems associated with duel fuel

If the overheating occurs when on gas (LPG) I would be looking at a problem converter /regulator for the gas as it may be too lean under load . If you have a viscous fan hub then that will also cause over heating as the engine is working hard but there is little air flow through the radiator because the fan is not drawing sufficient air to cool it.. As the octane rating for petrol and LPG is much then same then Make sure that the ignition timing is correct. Find a service shop that specialises in LPG fuel cars and they may have a dyno that they use to get optimum performance out of both fuels .

My vehicle stalls on acceleration

Check that the intake is clear, no blockages(ie paper in the intake or a blocked air filter) if clear feel the coil, is it very hot? Does it only happen when the engine is at operating temp? Coils break down under heat and you loose spark under load(ie acceleration) or maybe you have a blocked fuel filter or pickup filter in your tank which would cause fuel starvation! These are the areas to investigate!

O2 ls stumbles /misfires under power

could be timing, plugs, fuel or needing a decoke. Try a fuel additive and change the plugs and see if it helps. When you look at the plugs it should give you an idea of what the problem is.
