Sounds like the turn signal flasher (lighting control module). It is used for both the turn signals and the hazard flashers. There is one type for cars with DRL and one for cars without DRL.

SOURCE: dodge spirit flasher location

You remove a few phillips head screws on the cover beneath the dash under the knee panel. The hood release is attached to the panel. You can reach it from below or remove the knee panel around the fuse box door. Look for the screws around the trim piece. It's a fairly simple process. It's a small, silver, and looks like a little can. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer, thanks.

SOURCE: 01 Dodge Grand Caravan dash lights go off with turn signal...

I had this problem right after I had my battery replaced. Not believing in coincidences, I took it to a friend who checked the battery and cables. Looking at the battery cables, there are small wires that attach to a thicker cable which go to the clamp that attaches to the battery terminal. The battery installer cleaned the corrosion off the clamp and the battery cable, but the connection between the small wires and the larger cable still had corrosion between them. My friend cleaned off this area, and the problem is gone.

Testimonial: "I did the same thing and it did fix the problem... The problem did return right before the alternator went out. Changed out the alternator... fixed!"

My car signal stop funtion

have you checked the turn signal relay! It is above your left leg under the fuse access. under dash. do your emergency flashers work, because the relay is a combination relay for e-flashers and turn signals. if the flasher unit is ok, you may have a bad bulb or a short to ground.

Trailer blinking lights are not working on my boat trailer, is there a separate fuse for the trailer light hook up? I drive a 98 Grand Caravan

If it's wired properly, one thing that does come to mind is to replace standard signal flasher with a HD flasher. (heavy Duty)

The single light is not working

If you mean your signal light is not working, look under the dash for the flasher. It will look like a relay. If your emergency flashers are working, turn them on and listen for the clicking of the flasher under the dash. The signal light flasher should be very close to the emergency flasher.

I have a 1998 Dodge Caravan. Neither the left or right turnsignal are working. However, the emergency flashers and back up lights still work. In fact, everything else seems to be working normally. ...

hi this will be the relay, this is separate to the hazard flashers you will have to locate the relay in the fuse box and replace it...hope this helps

1998 Dodge Cavavan. Flashers work OK. Left turn signal works sometimes.

now when you say flashers work, I'm assuming you mean the 4 ways or Emergencys. As to the intermittent left signal working, I would first inspect both front and rear bulb sockets for corrosion and bulb condition. (Replace the Bulb, you can then rule it out). Clean and reinstall. If your problem persists, I would suspect your multi-switch contacts or connectors (Turn Signal Arm/Stick on the column)
