Since you have not posted what sort of vehicle you are talking about I can only be general. You can lube all stabilizer bushes by removing brackets and or mounting bolts and applying vasoline or rubber grease. Normal grease is not recommended to rubber bushes as the petroleum content attacks the rubber. Is it front wheel drive? It may be a CV joint. also check top strut bearings. Hope this helps. Not much to go on unfortunately.

Clunk noise when turning

Check the cv shaft boots, if they are torn the grease inside will have come out and now the joints inside are worn out. Worn cv joints will cause noises when turning.

I have a Nissan y12 wingroad and when I turn the steering wheel am getting a grinding noise. I changed linkage bushing and ball joint also grease. The noise still there

Hi , if the wheels are turning and your getting a grinding noise it could be your actual front wheel bearings that needs replacing. If you have power steering it could be the power unit that's gone if one is fitted.

I have excessive play in my steering wheel and a creaking noise when turning the wheel all the way to the left It sounds like the passenger side I was told I need to get the bushings greased and replace...

do not grease bushes . Excessive play in the steering is an indication that the end float or clearance in the box/rack needs adjusting. The noise I suspect to be a bearing failing and that would account for the play. Stabiliser bars have nothing to do with steering. They are there to stop body roll going round a corner.

I have a 98 millenia with front end problems. It makes popping noises while driving on rough roads and some smooth roads. It sounds like the front end about to come out of it. I've already changed the left...

sounds as though the rubber bushings (there are two of them L/R side on the stabilizer bar) could be the issue. When the bushing are loose they allow the stabilizer bar to bump against the steering or rack and pinon.

Clunking noise and something feels loose underneath my feet when going over bumps

very common for the stabilizer bar bushings to get loose on this model. check the bushings by trying to move the stabilizer bar up and down and left and right, if there is any movement, they need replaced. Also check the stabilizer bar links, by holding the bar and moving it up and down and also holding the link to see if the joitn moves or not
