The rear seat is bolted to the floor either from the inside or the outside. If attached from the undercarriage you will need to locate the rubber plugs that cover the bolt head or the hex nuts to the seat. Just remove these and the seat will come out.

To remove the rear seat, pull up on the front of the seat bottom, it should be hooked in place by spring type clips. After you get the front edge up, pull out the seat. This should expose the bolts/screws that hold the seat back in. Look below and there should be a couple of screws holding the seatback to the car body. Remove these and then you can pull the seat back out of the car.

As with most vehicles, the bolts holding the seats in place are located under the car. Locate the mounting bolts under the chassis (it may be neccessary to use penetrating oil about 30 minutes prior to attempting to remove these bolts - WD-40 works well).
