It sounds silly but heat comes from the radiator which is under the dash in most cars.check your fuses

the a/c condenser has a fan in front ( there is actually 2 fans if you sit on the car it will be fan on right side ) if this fan does not
come on immediately when you are parked and engine in idle
there is a problem with power to it, or motor failure. If you drive it
on the highway and a/c operates fine that's because air is circulating though condenser (thats what the fan is supposed to do at idle or slow traffic)

try replacing the master switch it maybe malfunctioning due to wear.or may have shorted out by getting wet or something.since it is the primary control for all windows and power door locks.

I had the same problem. There is a cable mechanism inside the door that lifts the window. The cable broke and had to be replaced.

It is likely the window motor is wearing out and will need to be replaced. You can always try a different switch on those wires to rule out switch problem. Otherwise, the motor will have to be replaced.

ONly driver door lock and window working

The rear window regulators on both rear windows on my 95 Maxima wore out and I replaced them. Its a moderately difficult job, but definitely can be done by owner. I believe you only need a Philips screw driver and a 10 mm socket or wrench. They wear out after about ten years (when one goes, the others will follow, unless you don't much use windows). I got mine at NAPA for around $30. I would not bother with salvage yard since they all wear out. This may be the problem if the motor is working but the window seems to let go and fall down. They cannot be fixed and will only get worse. Hope this helps.
