Please refer to your Manual depends on your country. in the case of used car try to look for any maintenance documents performed if none or no maintenance documents.

If you can do it yourself but just to make sure go to a nearest Nissan Service Center You might dont have the proper tools to perform the job

SOURCE: torque settings for cylinder head nissan sentra

Tighten in sequence to 29ft.lbs then tighten in sequence to 58ft lbs. then loosen all bolts. Then tighten in sequence to 33ft lbs. then tighten each bolt in sequence 90 degrees then tighten each bolt again 90 degrees

Why qr 25 noisy in torque converter

There really isn't anything in a torque converter that could give you noise unless the thing is coming apart inside.(doubtful) What you might be hearing is a bad bearing from the output shaft.These can wear over time.Service for most of the "stuff" down there is replacement.The problem will get worse over time and needs to be seen to by a mechanic.good luck
