Joel the Moderator is "on the money". A dry driveway after parking overnight should push you towards looking for consumption within the engine, which tend to be fixed by major procedures. Blue smoke at all times during engine operation is probably piston ring wear (engine reconditioning), during starting and deceleration may mean valve stem wear (cylinder head reconditioning).
Is there bluish smoke coming out of the exhaust ? That would indicate that the car is burning oil. Is there oil on the ground where the car is parked? That would indicate an oil leak. If the car is burning oil, there is no easy fix for it. If there is an oil leak, that may be fixed, but you would have to have the car looked at by a garage .

First of all, be certain that the leak is in fact from that seal. many leaks travel to that area.
To change the seal is fairly involved, you need to pull the trans and flywheel. There are some specialzed tools involved. Do you have manual or automatic? Manual requires clutch plate alignment on re assembly, by the way , if manual, be sure to change the release bearing and pilot bearing at minimum. Commonly it would make sense to change the clutch during this process....you're already all the way in there..

Replacing the oil pump is a major job which involves tearing into the engine. I don't know what you mean that the cylinder head sticks, but I can assure you that just replacing the oil pump is not going to fix your problem.

Usually in the fuse box kick plate next to driver's lower footwell or passenger side, depending on which country you're in.
SOURCE: what is the size of the allen wrench needed to fit
The oil pan drain plug should require a 14mm hex head wrench to remove. The transmission pan requires a 10mm allen head socket, or wrench to remove. Are you sure you're trying to remove the correct drain? The oil drain should be on the passenger side and on the rear corner of the pan.
