This leak is coming from the intake gasket look behind the alternator and look at the mounting bolts holding the intake down 13mm head bolts just to the forward outer edge. gasket is plastic and very common leak.

2001 Blazer Replaced heater core now water pump is squealing and seems like low circulation

my 98 Blazer I had to replace radiator water pump heatercore and hoses. Had head gasket go. Once that happens air and dexcool corrode cooling system. Do you smell antifreeze? Are you loosing antifreeze? Check oil see if its another color not clear or black but i think light brown. Have you flushed out system?

Have changed the water pump, thermostat, radiator, radiator cap, all hoses. 2001 chevy venture, still running hot? How long does it take to bleed the cooling system?

If the system fills via an expansion tank, I would recommend removing the top hose from the radiator and filling the system by pouring the coolant in through the hose until it begins to flow out of the upper radiator port. Reconnect the hose and then fill the expansion tank. That should take care of it.

Wont start unless you pour gas down throutle body on 2001 chevy blazer

You'll need to see if your fuel pump is providing fuel pressure. First test would be to take off fuel cap, listen through filler tube as someone turns ignition on for a few seconds, then off for a few seconds. Repeat a few times you should hear the fuel pump start then stop as it builds pressure.

No noise, then test voltage coming to pump if yes, 12 volts, replace fuel pump. Test ground also before replacing pump.

I would expect it to be this as the computer wouldn't allow the vehicle to run with fuel being poured into the engine otherwise.

If it's pumping, you will need to do pressure testing to determine if it pumps enough, or just replace it as either just the pump, or the complete pump assembly that drops into the tank rather easily.

Pumps are available at dealers OEM, discount auto parts stores, and I've had good luck with pumps that I've bought on eBay.

good luck

it is not to hard to change the pump but you will need a fan clutch tool. the water pump is on the front of the motor with the fan attached to it.
