P0456 - Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (Very Small Leak)
Description:
The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the complete evaporative emission (EVAP)
control system for the presence of a very small fuel vapor leak. The system failure occurs when a fuel vapor leak from an opening as small as 0.508 mm (0.020 inch) is detected by
the EVAP running loss monitor test.
Possible Causes:
• Very small holes or cuts in the fuel vapor hoses/tubes
• Loose fuel vapor hose/tube connections to the EVAP system components
• EVAP system component seals leaking. See the Possible Causes for DTC P0442
Diagnostic Aids:
Check for a missing fuel filler cap or the integrity of the cap.
Check for loose or damaged vapor hoses. Visually inspect the EVAP canister inlet port, CV solenoid filter, and canister vent hose assembly for contamination or debris.

P1413 is the electric secondary air injection pump related, most times the issue is with one of three things, the relay for the pump motor is defective, the air injection hoses havwe come off at the pump, or the pump motor is defective, do you hear the pump run when you jumper the relay? check that first.

You either have a bad coil pack or low compression in the cylinder. Do a compression test to verify.

P0304: Cylinder Misfire Detected (#4)
-Last number corresponds to which cylinder is misfiring.
Could be a faulty spark plug or wire. Try changing the spark plug from the 4 Cylinder to another and see what happens; If the different cylinder misfires, then it is the spark plug. If not, it could be the wires on cylinder 4.

check your injector (if it's stuck open it'll code out), try swapping it with another one. other cause is a faulty PCM (ECU).
