If blower motor has power but won"t run, blower may be faulty or the thermostatic switch maybe bad. If the thermostatic switch is bad, the blower may have 1 speed or in your case, no speeds at all. The thermostatic switch is usually located on top of,or on the heater box or housing if you will, most often times close to the blower. Will have a plug with multiple wires going to it.
Check your blower motor resistor connection.Turn switch and fan on then wiggle the resistor pigtail fan should turn on if not replace resistor. These get to hot and usally melt the pigtail and loose their connection.
CHECK AC AND HEATER CONTROL FUSE. IF FUSE OKAY CHECK BLOWER SEE IF POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR IF YES BLOWER MOTOR MORE LIKELY FAULTY.IF NO POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE ANDRELAY.
you have a piece of solder broken off the controller of your hvac unit, causing power not to get to the blower motor it self. take test light and see if you have power at the blower motor. check and see if you have continuty or brake between the power wire at the blower motor and at the hvac control unit. if wires are good then the problem will lie in the hvac control unit. check and see if the blower is working at all speeds, if it works on some speeds thens the blower motor resistor.
