sounds like a multiplug is loose ?but where it is ¿ follow the loom from the back lights backwards

You cannot do this or fit the LED as this will contravening the certificate of homoglonation which will leave you at the mercy of every vigilant police officer whos looking for a contribution to the christmas turkey fund ,thats without the vehicle failing its strict europeon annual vehicle mechanical inspection ,6 months on a commercial vehicle or a taxi

check fuse #1battery hot always fused and #11 especially 11 hot on acc and run on a fuse cant get a diagram to send put 1985 c10 wiring diagram in search couple of them show up that would show this wirings-diagram.com > 1985-chevy-truck-wiring-diagram

fuse maybe.....or headlight switch

sounds like a head light switch,,,

THE horn piece should turn with the wheel lock plate. if it does not then something is not installed properly

this may be a strut or spring or a bearing plate that went bad. if you have 4 wheel drive it may be an front axle shaft.

It unscrews counter clockwise. More common is the metal around the area fatigues and needs to be built up...

There is no fuse for the headlights. There is a circuit breaker in the headlight switch and a fusible link down at the starter. If everything works then I would replace the headlight switch because the fusible link controls all power to the truck except the starter. Hope this helps.
