SOURCE: tdi clutch pedal pushed all the way down but hard to shift gears

Check your clutch fluid level, sometimes a seperate reservoir (drivers side on firewall), some clutch systems take fluid from the brake system (check brake fluid). If thats ok then the clutch slave may be failing.
If the clutch fluid is low refill it and check for leaks (or just wait till the symptom comes back). If it's happens often then theres a leak in the line or the slave somewhere.

SOURCE: Toyota Hiace 99 Fuel filter change

Look first right rear back under fuel tank,< If not, follow fuel lines from fuel tank one main line, one return line, traveling parallel to frame all the way to the motor compartment on front, can be front under right passenger side, first by the filter at the auto parts, that way you will know what to look for

SOURCE: grinding sound on pressing clutch in at high revs

The grinding sound may be a throw out bearing or the pilot bearing. The sticking throttle problem sounds like a linkage or cable binding up from possibly damage due to the impact from the accident.

The clutch pedal of my Toyota Hilux kzte 2004 does not want to release on its own.

I assume that means that the clutch does not engage/disengage when you press and release the pedal. There are a number of possible issues here. First, does the pedal feel "soft"? Is it easier to press down that usual? If so, the problem may likely be in the hydraulics of the clutch. A bad master or slave cylinder will not allow hydraulic pressure necessary to engage/disengage the clutch.
If the pedal feels normal, then the problem is most likely internal to the clutch mechanism. A bad release bearing or a stripped clutch disc are the most likely culprits for this issue.

Hard to press clucth /hiace 2014 .while to engage hard to press clutch

check the clutch operation if it is hydraulic--press the pedal and see if the slave cylinder movers the throw out arm
It suggests a problem with the clutch master cylinder or a failed hose in the system that blocks off when the pressure is applied
hard to select the gears indicates that the pressure plate is not releasing
if it is a cable operation then replace the cable assembly as it is jamming up inside.

I have a 2004 tacoma. When i park it on a slight incline hill and leave it in 1st gear (manual) and no emergency brake, it occasionally slips backwards. it kinda pulsates down ,stops and then again. It...

manual transmission clutches wear, making it necessary to adjust clutch pedal position, much like brake pads wear. Check your vehicle clutch adjustment by finding out if clutch pull point, or friction point is approximately I/2 the distance from all the way pressed to the floor and all the way released. does not need to be exactly halfway, but should be close. If the clutch release point is up towards the top vehicle clutch definitely will not hold completely, and allow vehicle pulsing roll. This will indicate clutch adjustment, or even require replacement.

1993 toyota t100. have a problem with a clutch disc where the center of the disc breaks completely out. this has happened to four different discs. any idea what would cause this?

Rapid releasing of the clutch pedal will do that.A cheap aftermarket clutch will fail causing the center to tear out.Fit a complete clutch kit.Changing just the clutch plate is false economy.
