Problem for BMW 1999 3 Series

When do i replace the radiator in my 1999 BMW 328i with 95k?

My mechanic recommened that I replace the radiator along with the upper and lower hoses due to a "slow leak". Do you think this is neccessary or can I wait?

put a bottle or tin of rad weld in it.mustard powder or egg white also work but not with antifreeze
