Question about 1998 Chrysler Sebring
I HAVE A 2003 DODGE STRATUS AND SOMETIMES MY AC WILL COOL AND SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T. IT STILL BLOWS AIR BUT IT WILL BE HOT AIR. I ADDED MORE FREON, IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. ANY IDEA'S WILL BE APPRECIATED.
Sounds like the blend door is malfunctioning

It is possible that the AC compressor clutch cycling is getting stuck in the off mode, this can be caused by a sticking expansion valve or a defective AC clutch control relay. One note u said u added more refrigerant to the system, if u over charged it you may cause damage to the compressor a $400 part and equal labor to replace, it might be a good idea to have the system charge checked by a shop that does AC work.
