which one. radio antitheft car doors. (alarms) Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) or immobilizer. say what messed up means.? the CDC system must be armed with the fob. is that failing? I can not arm the system or it will not disarm. on my command? my guess is arming. fails

1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Exit the vehicle.
3. Important: The system is not armed if the doors are locked manually. The keyless entry transmitter or the door lock switch must be used to arm the CTD system.
4. With a vehicle door open, lock the doors by pressing the LOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter or by pressing the LOCK button on the door lock switch. The system will begin the arm sequence when all doors are closed. The CTD system transition to the arm delay state when the final door is closed. The security indicator will illuminate steady when in the arm delay state. If the keyless entry transmitter LOCK button is pressed after the vehicle doors have been closed, the system will transition directly to the arm delay state with the indicator on steady.
5. The system will arm approximately 30 seconds from the time that the system has entered the arm delay state. When the security indicator transitions to flashing slowly, the system is armed. Alternately, if the LOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter is pressed a second time, the system will arm immediately, bypassing the 30 second delay.

If you are trying to reset the light, use an obd code reader. Autozone can do this for free. If you are wanting to try resetting by powering it off, look for the ECM fuse in the fuse block. Or you can disconnect the battery for 5 minutes.

Go to your Suzuki parts department and pose your problem to the counter person as this happens a lot more than Suzuki wants to admit too.. They may not tell you how to get at the problem but you'll know the parts you will need and get a schismatic as well. You'll need a wiring diagram as well.

Try disconnecting the battery, then reconnecting.

which engine? 2.5L or 2.0L or? 3.6L? did your scan tool show that or did some clerk yell it out at autozoned.? I looked it up and cant find it, see link below. p1200, (google searches net me zero hits,"suspicious") we don't fix codes, we find and correct cuases of that. and do so buy conducting the tests published in the FSM the factory service manual, or at alldtata.com p1 is factory code, so only read suzuki data on those. so why not look it up this time , but use a real scan tool. your eyes on screen not someone else so its not written down wrong. car drives ok? you forgot to scan it first and to read the FSM on results of above, sure. sounds like your shop is incompetent; try a full ASE shop. they wont make excuses... first off if the brakes are bad or weak the ABS will not be happy. if the abs cannot control wheel spin, then just maybe its bad brakes. huh? in fact its that order brakes ABS (abs needs brakes that work or/ fails) Trac. (track uses ABS to work) so.... is last. to fix. the lights can go on ,even when driviing off road. or on ice this is normal, it just means ,easy dude... but if it sticks on, you scan it, did you not scan it first? at stick on? buy a scan tool my innova 3160 does full factory scan. finding chapter 11 suzuki dealers are a problem. so.... id sell it , if not with all tools needed. buy a jeep. 10x better. best year is 2006. imo

You might check your cooling fan at the radiator; it may not be running. If it's not, track it down (fuse or thermal switch) and fix it!
