My key locks are frozen and the only access is through the trunk . How do I put down the backseat from inside the trunk?
Go to the parts store and get a can of ice melt and spray it into the lock.

should be a button or lever or pull tab somewhere along the top of your back seats that allow them to fold down..... and your trunk should have an emergency release lever inside the trunk

I believe you can remove the back seat and get into it. Remove the lower part of the back seat first and remove attaching bolts/screws to remove the upper part of the seat.

Unfortunetly no. The design is like that so if you leave your top down no one can get into the trunk. You'll have to call a locksmith. Sorry.

If your trunk release button is electric, and not working because you need to turn the key to give it power, remove the button and use a piece of wire to jump power to it from the battery. This will get your trunk open! (don't forget to have a spare key made)
