2000 Isuzu Trooper heater- a/c fuse and relay locations

If the radio has an inline fuse, it will be within 82 of the plug at the rear. They are built into the harness. Unlikely because there are three fuses covering audio.

The key lock cylinder operates the ignition switch sometimes ignition switch is separate sorry I didn't find where ignition switch is located if the lock cylinder is plugged into it.
You should have a starter relay and starter relay fuse.
This diagram of starter circuit shows the clutch pedal switch in the circuit on an automatic should have the neutral safety switch in the circuit. This is for 95 Rodeo.

It will either be in the fuse block inside the cab, or in the fuse block under the hood.

Hi , there are two boxes one is in the engine bay over the n/s wheel arch and the other is by your left foot in cabin .

It might be the blue flasher unit in the footwell fuse box ,just at the top.

In the fuse box there will be those black boxes, they are called relays, there will be one of them for the flasher. You could swap this with a known good one (AC or something) and see if that helps your problem
