SOURCE: i had someone put a transmission in my 94 corolla.

Check to see if they hooked up all the ground wires, and plugged everything else back in. And make sure there aren't wires pinched between the engine block and the transmission.

SOURCE: Fuel gauge dial and Temperature gauge dial both not working.

hi, yeh it could possibly be a fuse maybe? sometimes the fuse can protect more than one circuit. i would start there.

you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes,and then reconnect it this should reset the computer and everything should work, Good Luck Tim
