Question about 1994 Volkswagen Passat
Today I had several issues one there was no fluid in the steering fluid area. So i went to a store they said that i need a special kinda that is like 26 bucks a bottle but they are out. So then i went to the nearest shop and they said no any kind will work. So i bought some put it in it. To an hour later need to more in and then again another hour later i see a tiny leak nothing worth three bottles of stuff to go through. Any ideas?
i have a 2004 vw passat
Yes, you have a leak. it could be the pump, the gearbox or a line. they have a lot of pressure so a little hole will cause a lot to leak. you have to determine where it's leaking and have it fixed.
