The DVD player is an aftermarket addition, and the LCD monitor is in a storage compartment on the rear overhead console. I need to know how to get the monitor out and see if it can be fixed, without breaking anything. The van is a loaner and I can't afford to break anything. Thanks!
If you're not familiar with removing parts inside a car then you probably shouldn't try it. Maybe go to a radio installer and see if they can give you some tips. It sounds like you're going to have to go to someplace to have it fixed or replaced anyhow.
