Is timing correct?

First make sure you are getting spark.

Some questions you need to know are what year head is the LS. Did you use the LS Intake manifold and throttle body. Problem is if you didnt use a OBD1 LS and it is OBD2 or OBD0 The Throttle position sensor wont allow the engine to start. Same with the Distributor, because your crank angle position sensor is in your distributor and a OBD1 ECU can communicate withe OBD0 or OBD2

If it is all OBD1 Then I would do a compression and Cyl. Leak down test.

I cleaned the spark plugs in my 1995 acura integra gsr and now it wont start. there is no spark. what happened???

Well I can't see what you did wrong from here, but I would start by purchasing all new plugs and have the parts guy gap them for you. Then I would also buy a new set of plug wires, good ones not generics. Lastly I would have someone with mechanical experience take the old ones out one by one and replace with the new stuff. Just do one cylinder at a time so you do not get the timing messed up and cause it to not start. Do that, then get back to me.

My 91 acura integra with a 95 gsr motor in it starts, then dies right away. I replaced the spark plugs, checked for spark through the wires, and checked to see if fuel was coming from the pump. Everything...

did you check the fuel pressur on the fuel rail with a gauge or did you just unplug the pressure reg..

also you should try replacing the fuel filter first... this is cheap 6-12 dollars autozone. just becuase the fuel pump is pumping doesnt mean it its enough. There mightbe a strainer on the fuel pump that might be plugged.

95 Acura Integra starting problem

This happened to me on a 95 Integra GSR and the entire starter did not need to be replaced, just the solenoid pieces. They get old and worn down and the plunger no longer makes a good connection with them, hence the "click". Replace the solenoid panels and sand the plunger and your good as new. You can find instructions for this on the net, just do a search for it.

Acura Integra ID

there should be a sticker around the driver door that will tell you. if that fails you can always write the VIN down and search it most times the basic info is free (ie: make/mode/MFG year)

Replace sunroof glass instructions for 1994 Acura Integra

no you should not have to take the head liner out.. when the sunroof is open you should see 3 or 4 screws one both sides.. all you have to do is remove the screws but its better to have a second person so they can hold the glass while your removing the screws so you don't drop the glass..then just put on some cloth gloves(prefered) to hold up and install the new glass. do removal in reverse to install.
