I would personnaly test the cam and crank sensors. If you are not getting spark, then your crank sensor is bad.

Power steering gets tight only turning to the right. Not all the time, cold or warm weather, and usually for a short period of time.

These are known for "heavy steering" feel in the first place. You have a sticking valve in the power steering box. I suggest a power steering fluid flush and replace with Mobil synthetic PS fluid. Eventually you may need to replace the power steering box but since it is intermittent this may improve things for a year or so and is MUCH less expensive.

Power Steering Belt slipping

Hi!!

Just apply some ENGINE DEGREASER on the belts and pulleys, rinse them with plain water, making sure the electrical components don't get wet. That will take care of your problem.

I have a nissan maxima 2001 3.0 v6 in winter or cold time when the car is to cold the wheel gets to hard to turn and it makes a noise like something is stooping it many times. after the car gets warm...

Try flushing the Power Steering Fluid, with the correct new fluid for your type system. Check with the dealer for tech service bulletins and possible additives. If that doesn't help you probably have a worn out steering rack. I would bet on the worn rack.

Type of power steering fluid for 2001 toyota camry

Power steering fluid - Dexron 2 or 3 automatic transmission fluid. Yes transmission fluid. And while you are at it check the fluid level in the transmission.
Since you got the hood up, check the brake fluid, wiper fluid, radiator fluid, battery fluid, oil level.

Power steering fluid

you either have the wrong type of fluid in it or the pump is going out. to change pump take the right side\passenger side tire off and remove the plastic cover and get to work (youll need a pully puller to get the pully off the pump fyi)
