2006 ford muatang g t 4.6 L I have a problem with the gas pedle assm.the first part of pedle movment do;se not respond I have installed anew t.p.s. and anew gas pedle elic. unit there no cable I need to check the wires from gas pedle unit to the pcm for open wire before changeing pcm problem started after alt.failed and they drove it entill batt. went dead

You don't have a bad PCM, they rarely fail.

tell me more about how it started happening. Also, disconnect battery for 2 hours and try again.

Does it start & idel OK, but not respond to throttle opening?

Is none its computer drivin. The injector or pressure regulator cud hav issues..but git car scand free at parts. If gittn bad gas miles..anew thermostat is often the cure cause system works on operatingtemp . Its inxpensive maintenance. Hav a privateshop install some r hard to do.

Where reclaim port is located & how to remove used fliud from 2000 ford contour se 4 cyl.

The ac fluid(gas ) never gets old as it is a gas . The oil never oxidises as there is no air in the system so it never needs replacing. Most problems with ac units come from leaks and owner interference ( replacing gas that doesn't need replacing) or over filling with the wrong gas or just not understanding how and why it all works.

My 2006 Ford Taurus SE has gas pouring out from under the car at driver side near passenger door.

check the fuel lines there is more than likely a fuel filter there and one of the couplings could be bad

If you have poured a few bottles 4-5 of dry gas and it still wont run,only option I know is drop all the gas and start anew

My 88 s10 cranks but unless i pump gas pedle it shuts off. changed fuel filter and throtle body sensor still wont idle .press gas pedle it stalls out must pump pedle to keep it running

what engine does it have? 2.8 ? if so replce pick up coil in distributor /4.3 and 2.5 will do this also it affects pulse to injectors and on time firing
