Hi the only ways they can relate is if they are on the same grounding wire or if they are on the same wiring loom connector i suggest if you hit the dash start looking around that area have a good look for wiring connectors and do what they call a wigle test where you just gently wiggle the connectors about to see if the a/c or windows start to work and if there is any wires going to the car body [ground] make sure they are making a good contact yates210456
